If you have just moved into your property you may have the following questions:

If I have just moved into a property, will I instantly be tied into the contract that the previous tenants were on?

No, you need to arrange a new contract; otherwise, suppliers will often charge “out of contract” rates which are significantly higher. Many businesses are unaware that they are still on “out of contract” rates, and that not having a contract will cost you more, so you need to find a new supplier as soon as possible. The previous tenants’ supplier will continue to supply the property until you request otherwise.
